The UWF of Boca Grande Lighthouse Church provides fellowship for all women of the church and generates financial and spiritual support for its worldwide missions and outreach, and special projects. Our mission continues to be women's and children's causes as well as the needs of our church and community, as determined by the UWF Steering Committee.
The UWF's largest fundraiser is the ANNUAL STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL, held the first Saturday in March at the Boca Grande Community Center and grounds. All church members are welcome and encouraged to participate in this fun mission of outreach and community building. All proceeds raised from Auction, Bake Sale, Bargain Room, Book Sale, Boutique, Crafts, Jewelry Dig, Used Furniture and our Grilled Foods concession go directly to our women's and children's missions.
All women of the church are members of UWF and are encouraged to attend our luncheon meetings December through April. Please join us!
